Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing me as your therapist. To provide the best service possible to my clients I have implemented the following policies.

New Clients

Following your first booking via Fresha an email will be sent to explain pre-treatment consultation process. At this stage it will be mandatory for a new client to confirm an acknowledgment of procedures and terms and conditions. This measures have been put in place as safety precaution due to the fact I am working from private property. If booking has been made but the client did not reply to any communication by 6 hours before its due I reserve the right to reject such booking and charge 50% of chosen treatment cost from payment card provided. When arriving for your first treatment could you please add 5 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out required documents as well as answer intake questions. The following sessions will commence at scheduled time.


Cancellation

Could you please respectfully provide me with a notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing notice, I am unable to fill that appointment time. I understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea please cancel your session. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 48h before its due free of charge. If failing to do so 50% charge will be applied. If due to unforeseen circumstances I will be forced to cancel the appointment the client will be notified and offered complementary arrangements. 


Late Arrival and 'No Show'

Please call or message if you are running late for your scheduled appointment so I can do my best to accommodate you. Arriving late may result in loss of time from your treatment. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. If more then 30min lateness have been noted without any communication it will be treated as ‘no show’ and you will be charged 70% of your booked service.


Inappropriate Behaviour

All treatments are for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Any sexual insinuation, gesture or request will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.


Payments

Payment is taken after the treatment is completed. Cash and card methods are equally welcome. Payment card is required during first booking on Fresha system. This is to provide security and only be used in instances such as incomplete first consultation, late cancelation and ‘no show’. In case of gifting the payments can to be arranged prior the session so the person awarded doesn't need to be involved in costing.
